What Messages You'll Receive
When you sign up for a Timberline Dynamics account and provide your phone number, you may receive transactional SMS/text messages related to your Dyna AI receptionist service. These messages include:
- Missed call alerts and caller summaries
- New lead notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Support ticket updates
- Account and billing notifications
Message frequency varies based on your plan and account activity (up to 10 msgs/month). Timberline Dynamics does not send marketing or promotional messages through this channel.
How You Opt In
SMS messaging is always opt-in. You will only receive text messages from Timberline Dynamics if you actively consent through one of the following methods:
1During Account Signup
When you subscribe to a Timberline Dynamics plan through our pricing page, you provide your phone number and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which include our SMS messaging terms. After signing up, you receive a confirmation message and can opt out at any time.
2Via Access Request Form
Users requesting access or a demo submit their phone number through our website contact form and check a consent box that reads:
This checkbox is optional. Users can complete signup without checking it.
Consent is collected directly by Timberline Dynamics and is never obtained through third parties, purchased lists, or shared opt-in mechanisms.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords:
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message:
"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
